Fees – $5 per month
*First Fidelity Bank will automatically return or decline transactions that attempt to come out of your account when there are not enough funds in the account to cover the payment. The account can still go into the negative if a transaction is authorized for an amount currently available in your balance and the final charge is more than the original authorized amount.
An example of this would be a preauthorization for $1.00 at a gas station or adding a tip to a payment after your card has been run. Even if your account happens to go negative, we will not charge you an overdraft fee. Declined/returned payments are sent back to the merchant who requested the money. The merchant may choose to charge a fee for an item that has been returned.
