Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and growing the bank's commercial client base. They oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring loan compliance, mitigating risk, and delivering excellent customer service. This includes gathering and analyzing client information, making recommendations to their Team Lead, and staying informed about all bank products and services available to commercial clients.

Senior Credit Analyst

Prepares or oversees the preparation of detailed credit memorandums analyzing all credit parameters used in loan approval process. Provides projection modeling, loan covenant compliance, profitability analysis and risk rating analysis for current and prospective clients. Assists in the preparation of industry analysis. Handles special projects and provides customer service support to internal clients such as Commercial Relationship Managers. Supervises one or more commercial credit analysts.

Loan Servicing Specialist

Provides overall support to Commercial, Retail and the National Lending Group.  This position is responsible for payment processing, loan maintenance, credit disputes, and general ledger balancing.  Incumbent has thorough understanding of all types of loans and other related requirements and independently acts to meet those requirements.  Works under minimal supervision while supporting the Commercial, Retail and National Lending Group banking functions.

Loan Collateral Specialist

The Loan Exceptions & Collateral Specialist must have a thorough understanding of most types of loans and other related requirements and can independently act to meet those requirements. Gathers, compiles, and evaluates information, as well as obtains documents necessary to remove collateral exceptions and file liens. Works under minimal supervision while supporting the Commercial and Retail Banking functions.
